Thanks everyone.

A little background on the image. The kitten is one I picked up for my wife right before Christmas. Her kitty of almost 20 years died a week before Christmas. Trying to find a kitten that time of year is like trying to find the Lost Arc. I found this female tortoise shell thru backdoor/underground measures and with the help of a friend who knows people.

My college daughter took the picture of Compliant Duck along the canal in downtown Indianapolis. Daughter prolly would not be pleased I used her photo in the manner, but what's she gonna do? Sue me? She lives under my roof and eats my food!

Cursing and foul language is fine...even encouraged here. In fact, I think cussing is fucking wonderful.

Just remember...this is MY house, and I will not be insulted or maliciously messed with here.

Good-natured ribbing is cool, but if you and I don't have some kind of previous relationship, you had best mind your fucking manners or I will relegate you to the intardnets dustbin for being a cunt.

MISSION STATEMENT

This blog contains stories and graphics about auto racing, war, firearms, history, family, politics, the coming apocalypse, and whatever else might interest me.

Most of it I wrote or created. Some of it I didn't.

I try to approach my topics in a humorous and self-deprecating style, and I use coarse language sometimes.

Most of my thoughts here are tongue-in-cheek and satirical. Some are not. You'll figure it out.

Maybe.

I write and create for ME...to blow off steam, to get a laugh, or to get a point across, and I do it in my own demented way.

If you find my creations routine, dull, predictable, pedantic and pedestrian...I really don't give a fuck.

If it ain't your bag, that's cool. Don't read it or look at it. It's a free country.
